SUMMARY OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Completed with great success and participation of students and teachers, the educational activity entitled “Promoting the quality of olive oil through sensory analysis” which was designed at the initiative of the "Captain Vassilis and Carmen Constantakopoulos " Foundation and the support of the TEI of Peloponnese .

The program was attended by 400 students. The main purpose of the program is to teach students how to link the quality of olive oil with all life stages of the olive tree and olives. Particular emphasis was given to the use of the sensory organs as a tool making reliable information. The educational program will continue next school year 2015-2016 and in other regions of Messinia.
