The Food Service Professionals Workshop, which took place on Thursday, November 22, at the Elite City Resort conference center, was concluded with great success.
The seminar was attended by more than 90 food service and gastronomy professionals. The aim was to establish Messinian gastronomy and to promote local products.
At the same time an educational program for the students of the 5th High School of Kalamata took place, which included olive oil tasting by Christina Stribakou, and a healthy eating session by chef Iakovos Aperghis.
