The Center for Individuals with Special Needs “Hara” was established in 1983. The children staying at the Center are mentally disabled, which creates the need for special living conditions for them. “Hara” offers the persons it takes in shelter and specialized care for life.

The Center for Individuals with Special Needs “Hara,” with the help of the  "Captain Vassilis and Carmen Constantakopoulos" Foundation, has been able to overcome the difficulties it faces daily, offering 57 children and adults with developmental disabilities the love and care they need.
