CAPTAIN VASSILIS AND CARMEN CONSTANTAKOPOULOS FOUNDATION NEWS

This year Pylos will celebrate World Environment Day by organizing a variety of clean-up activities. Young and older volunteers will help clean the coastal zone and the underwater area of Pylos, the monuments at Navarino Bay, the area around the Indoor Sports Center of Pylos, and Divari beach. The activity is co-organized by the Municipality of Pylos-Nestor, the “Captain Vassilis and Carmen Constantakopoulos” Foundation, the Pylos Association of Enterprises for Tourism Development, the Maritime Athletic Pylos Association “Nestor,” the Pylos Nautical Sports’ Club, and the Aqua Divers Club.

Apart from the removal of waste, our aim is to join forces in promoting the value of volunteering and protecting our natural environment. For that reason, we invite all of you to support the activity by offering a little bit of your time and good will.

All of us can contribute in making our area a better place!
